My interest in photography began at an early age. I have done "street photography" using 35mm and 2 1/4" equipment primarily in Japan and Korea in the early 1960s, and in Mexico and the U.S. later on. In the 1970s I began work with the 4x5" view camera. For many years, I worked with 4x5 and 8x10 cameras to produce large black and white prints.
With the increase in image quality of digital cameras, I have recently been working with Nikon digital equipment to produce high quality digital photographs. My prints are made using the best available print paper and printed on an Epson R2400 or Pro 4800 photo printer using Ultra-Chrome K3 ink which has a lightfastness rating of 108 years in color and 200 years in black and white.
My most recent project is a photographic survey of Lassen National Park which I have been pursuing this year. My prints are available in various sizes, mounted and matted to archival standards with rag museum board.
